Written from my education and experience as a yoga, barre, and pilates instructor, former Laker Girl, professional Ballroom dancer, and ballerina, my aim in this program is for you to be able to do the splits after 30 days! Each video is follow-along style, meaning I will do each stretch with you, motivating you each step of the way. You do not have to think about anything - the program is laid out for you so that you just hit "next" for the next day's video. No such thing as being bad at yoga!! You do not need any yoga experience to do this program. I will teach you everything you need to know, show you modifications, and keep you safe everyday. Your flexibility will improve, and so will your yoga practice.
Do you guarantee that I can do the splits in 30 days?
This course does not guarantee that you will be able to do the splits in 30 days. Everybody has a different starting point, so you may take longer than 30 days. Keep repeating the course until you achieve the splits.
How often do I do the videos?
The program is laid out for you to do one video, 7 days a week. Each video is anywhere from 18-28 minutes long.
